Join SA climbers to bust weeds and protect biodiversity. Non-climbers welcome - but note there WILL be a rock scramble to access the work site.
We will be clearing out weeds from the base of far crag - a mix of drill and fill, olive popping, and seedling pulling. Similar to last month: we will continue to work towards the west from the base of the descent gully.
Please bring your helmet so you can work safely at the base of the cliff. Or let us know and we will make sure to bring a spare.
We seriously recommend wearing long trousers & shirts to protect yourself from scratches, and sturdy shoes for uneven ground. Lycra just gets ripped up, cotton is best.
Don't forget your morning tea and something to drink.
There is usually a climb afterwards too, so bring your gear!
Current forecast is mild, but please check in with organisers in case of extreme weather or fire danger.
