Horsnell Gully habitat restoration

Come along with us to work in historic Horsnell Gully Conservation Park. Restore the native vegetation which is home to the yellow-footed antechinus and chestnut-rumped heathwren.

Come up Old Norton Summit Road.
Turn right (south) at Horsnell Gully Road.
Continue to the end of Horsnell Gully Road, when you get to the quarry, turn right into the park. Continue to the car park.

Our focus this month will be subject to weather and local conditions.

Wear sturdy shoes for going off track. Bring your hat and sunscreen, some drinking water if you like. We also recommend long sleeves and trousers to protect your legs and arms from scratches.

If you prefer to use your own gloves bring them along too, otherwise we will have some for you.

If the fire warning rating is severe or higher this event will be automatically be cancelled. Wet or windy weather may also cause the cancellation of this event.
